Premier Property Solutions are looking for a **reliable and organised Office Administrator ** to join our small team working out of our Airdrie office

This is a key role helping keep the business running smoothly – ideal for someone who likes taking ownership and making an impact.

**The role includes:**

✅ Managing emails and day-to-day office admin
✅ Raising invoices/Quotes & tracking payments (Xero)
✅ Supporting job management
✅ Chasing outstanding payments
✅ Helping with scheduling and coordination
✅Communication with field technicians

✅ **We’re looking for someone who:**

✔ Has admin or office management experience
✔ Is organised, proactive, and confident
✔ Has good IT skills
✔ Experience in working with accountancy software
(Xero knowledge a bonus)
✔Has experience working with office 365
✔ Ideally understands trades/construction

🕒 **Hours Negotiable:**

Part-time – approx. **24 hours per week**
(some flexibility available )
