🤩2 New Exercise Classes starting in Ladysbridge in January 🤩
🤩Classes are now live to book!🤩
This set of 10 weeks of classes (with a 1 week break for midterm) will be starting on January 13th 2026!

This will be a 10 week may or may not continue past the 10 weeks so if you want to get involved, now is the time.

🤸🏼♂️Confidence and Conditioning Through Movement🤸
In Confidence and Conditioning Through Movement we take your bodyweight workout through an upgrade
We focus on moving with confidence rather than rushing through reps for the sake of it.
Fusing conditioning, circuits and HIIT-style workouts, here, we will work together to build clarity and confidence on your movement by feeling out what you’re doing.
The idea is that we make the quality of your movements strong so you can take these moves confidently into any workout you do.
Expect learning how to squat, lunge, press up and do core work effectively by starting where you are, with what you’ve got so you can do it well.
Moving away from shallow, messy reps that can happen in reps-for-time/AMRAP and choreo-based classes so that you CAN enjoy those types of workout.
And allowing you to unlock the confidence to transfer these skills to any workout you want to turn your hand to.
The later class is 🧘♂️ Yoga for calm and release 🧘🏾♀️
In Yoga for Calm and Release we will move through multi-disciplinary yoga to support you in feeling calm and grounded.
We come to release anything that’s disrupting your flow and leave it on the mat.
Expect low to the ground, flow and stillness; gentle movement, somatics and bringing the most nourishing breath.
As with the Clarity and Confidence in Movement, the focus will be on less is more and connecting with your body and what you’re feeling.
For some this will be welcome and relaxing, for others it may be more challenging to slow down and a skill you’re looking to develop

Classes will be held in Ladysbridge Pavillion with the students Conditioning classes at 10am and the Yoga classes at 11am
Me?
I first started teaching exercise classes back in 2009 with anything from spin, stability ball, strength and conditioning, body pump, circuits, bokwa and aqua aerobics in the mix.
Formerly UK PT Ambassador for Fitness First UK I wrote the pre-race prep for The Official Coaching Course for The Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2015 as well as featuring as a health and fitness expert in magazines such as Women’s Health, Fit & Well, InStyle, Hello! and The Daily Mail.
When I left the world of PT to move to Aberdream to have Ruby I set up StrongMamaMoves teaching mum and baby PT and exercise classes and was finalist for Best Business Set Up in 2018.
Now it’s time to start a new class community and I look forward to meeting you all!
