Smell gas in your home?

If you think there’s a gas leak:

✅ Turn off the gas supply at the meter
✅ Open doors and windows
✅ Leave your home immediately
✅ Once outside, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

This isn’t a genuine request from us and it’s important that you don’t share personal information.

If something doesn’t feel right, always check it out. Ask to see ID and if you’re still not sure, please call us on 01226 787878.

Never give out your personal information or bank details, or hand over cash.
