Making Tax Digital is here for landlords đź“Ł

From 6 April 2026, landlords with qualifying income over ÂŁ50,000 need to keep digital records and submit quarterly updates to HMRC using compatible software.

The changes will roll out in phases, extending to those earning over ÂŁ30,000 from April 2027 and ÂŁ20,000 from April 2028.
