🔧 MOT Failure Repair – Mk2 SEAT Leon

We were called out to a Mk2 SEAT Leon after it failed its MOT on the rear passenger-side suspension arm, which also supports the rear coil spring.

We attended to inspect the vehicle and confirm the issue before ordering anything. Once we were happy with the diagnosis, we contacted the parts supplier and luckily they had the correct arm in stock.

We collected the part, returned to the vehicle and got straight to work. The only real fight was the wheel alignment bolt, which was seized solid, so “Gary the Grinder” had to make an appearance to cut the old bolt out. 😅

Even with that little complication, the whole job — including collecting the part — was completed in under two hours. ✅

Another MOT failure sorted quickly and efficiently, getting the customer one step closer to being back on the road.
