Construction is progressing at Bradford Works, with another important phase of the project now complete.

All demolition works have been concluded and the existing building has been fully stripped back, preparing the structure for the next stage of its transformation.

Work is now underway on the new first-floor timber structure, marking the start of the building’s reconstruction and bringing the vision for Bradford Works another step closer to reality.

The Lampworks is continuing to take shape, with strong progress being made across the site.

We started roof works on Blocks A, C and F, and we have also reached another important step: the foundation works have now been completed or well underway across all buildings.

In the first half of August, work will begin on the steel superstructure for Block D — the final building to reach this stage of construction.

Step by step, the development is coming together, and we’re pleased to see the project moving forward.
