I joined the BIPC Start-up Day 2025 at the British Library on Monday, and I’m so glad I did!

Listening to several inspiring start-up founders share their journeys was incredibly valuable.
One message that really stayed with me was:
“Doing business is lonely — we’re always exploring our way forward.”
This truly touched me, because it’s so real and so true for every entrepreneur.

I’m happy I joined this event and even more excited to discover the useful workshops, resources, and support that BIPC offers. These will definitely help me grow my business in the right direction.

🎨 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 & 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫

When it comes to decorating my own space, I always find myself drawn to abstract paintings — especially in the living room and corridor. There’s something magical about abstract art that other styles simply can’t replace.

Unlike realistic paintings, abstract pieces don’t “tell” you exactly what to see. Instead, they invite you to feel, imagine, and interpret in your own way.

✨ Every person sees something different — depending on their mood, memories, and imagination.

It also becomes an amazing conversation starter.

Whenever guests visit, they often pause, look at the artwork, and share what they think it represents. One painting can spark completely different stories, emotions, and perspectives. Suddenly, your wall becomes more than just decoration — it becomes a connection.

Abstract art brings:

✔️ A sense of modern expression
✔️ Endless interpretation that never gets boring

Whether bold or calm, colourful or minimal, abstract art adds personality in such a subtle yet powerful way. That’s why it’s always my favourite choice for the spaces people walk through and gather in.

Last Thursday, I joined a physical sharing session co-hosted by iFast Bank and UHBA.
It was a great opportunity to connect with different business owners and gain valuable insights from iFast’s talk on personal and business banking services. 💡
What I really appreciated was being able to communicate directly with the bank representatives in Cantonese — super convenient and personal! 👏
