Ed and Eleanor recently had the pleasure of attending The CLA Essex AGM, held at Lord Rayleigh's Farms Ltd. 🚜

The day provided a valuable opportunity to hear from CLA President Gavin Lane and local MP Priti Patel, who shared their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities currently facing the rural and farming community.

The team also enjoyed a guided tour led by Freddie Strutt, whose knowledge of the estate, combined with an entertaining approach to storytelling, made for a particularly memorable visit.

With beautiful weather on the day (albeit with many keeping their fingers crossed for some much-needed rain), it was also a great opportunity to catch up with other surveyors and rural professionals from across Essex, and to discuss the continually evolving nature of the industry.

Thank you to the CLA and Lord Rayleigh Farms for hosting such an enjoyable and insightful event.
