The news this morning was that Salem needed surgery sooner, a second opinion was that his leg was to broken to save and he would have a better quality of life if it was removed.

I would like to thank Edhen Vets for getting Salem is so quickly today for his operation.

The amputation is going to cost us Ā£1400 and with all your help we have so far raised Ā£1000 so we are only Ā£400 away from paying for Salems surgery in full. I canā€™t thank you all enough for your very kind donations to help us save our boy.

Brian has kindly transported Salem to Edhen Vets where Salem will have surgery today. Fingers crossed it all goes well and they dont find anymore issues with his pelvis.

I will update everyone later when Iā€™ve heard from the team at Edhen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Leanne and all the team at CCCC.

I broke my wrist back at the beginning of August but Iā€™m now all healed up, well rested and back working.
