Landlords - you have 7 days to do this!

The Renters' Rights Act requires every landlord to send their tenants the Government Information Sheet by 31st May. Miss the deadline and you're looking at a fine of up to £7,000 (& it could affect your ability to regain possession of your property in future).

Due to the red weather warning in Cornwall from 4pm today, our offices are closing from 3pm to allow our team to get home safely. Our phone lines will still be answered as normal as our teams will be working remotely.
We expect higher than normal levels of repairs reported, so they will be dealt with in order of severity. Please report any maintenance issues as normal. Thankfully the weather warning is currently only in place until 8am tomorrow morning.

23rd December: Open 9am–5pm
24th–28th December: Closed
29th December: Open 9am–1pm
30th December: Open 9am–1pm
31st December: Open 9am–1pm
1st January: Closed
From 2nd January: Normal opening hours resume (9am–5pm)

We’re proud to support the return of Bodmin Riding & Heritage Festival and we’d love to see the community get behind it too!

The committee are working hard to resurrect one of Bodmin’s oldest and most cherished traditions. To help with their fundraising, we’ve donated a Fleurtations Cornwall Gift Voucher as a Bingo Prize for their upcoming Christmas Bingo Night (on Monday 15th December).

If you’re free, please do go along and support the event. Every pound raised helps bring Bodmin Riding & Heritage Day back as an annual celebration for the whole town.
