Did you know?

Long before Dome House was somewhere you could stay, it featured on Grand Designs in 2010.
The jaw dropping architecture that stopped viewers in their tracks then, is the same now, especially the mighty dry stone wall in the hall and the stunning lake views from the Dome Room.

We weren’t responsible for the original build. We’re just here to continue building and creating something uniquely magical inside.

For the last few weeks we’ve been working behind the scenes to give our website a facelift.

It’s now live.

We’ve always done things two ways - book a suite, or book the whole house, but now it’s actually easier to tell them apart.

Stay in one of our rooms individually designed rooms, with full use of the pool hot tub and sauna.
Option seasonal tasting menu.
