A true local, James joins the team as Director, helping to lead Number Twenty Four into its next chapter.

His property journey began in commercial agency, but it was the people, not just the property, that inspired him most and he soon moved into residential and new homes. Building relationships, earning trust, and guiding clients through some of life’s biggest decisions has been at the heart of his career ever since.

Born and raised in Brighton & Hove, James knows this city and its communities inside out. His local expertise, calm approach, and commitment to exceptional service have earned him a trusted reputation across the region.
