Between Christmas and New Year, when other agencies were closed we we’re still busy with check in’s for our landlords and tenants.

Yesterday, while most offices were closed for Christmas, we completed four check-ins ✅

Keys handed over. Tenants moved in. Landlords earning rent.

It’s a good snapshot of how much Front Door Lettings has grown over the past year – more properties, more trust from landlords, and a team that shows up even when it’s inconvenient.

Property doesn’t pause for holidays, and neither do we - our out of hours support is always there for tenant emergencies.

Big news for landlords: the government plans to raise the minimum EPC rating for rental properties to a C by 2030. While energy efficiency is great for monthly bills, these regulations - if they go ahead - will mean extra costs and work for many landlords.
