Big news for landlords: the government plans to raise the minimum EPC rating for rental properties to a C by 2030. While energy efficiency is great for monthly bills, these regulations - if they go ahead - will mean extra costs and work for many landlords. Some properties of which will be exempt, or simply can't reach a C.
