The shower grout was letting water through, to then leak under the shower tray and rot the floor away.

• We deconstructed the shower enclosure for reuse
• Removed the shower Tray
• Removed and disposed of old tiles & plasterboard wall
• Ventilated & Cleaned the mould
• Re-installed the walls with Moisture Resistant plasterboard
• Re Tiled
• Re-installed the shower tray and screen
• Replaced the subfloor and LVT to finish
