We are very honoured to welcome John Howard as our keynote speaker for the launch event of the Connect with Property - Newmarket Property Meet.

When someone has been involved in over 4,500 property transactions, you know there are going to be a few stories worth hearing.

John Howard is one of the UK’s most experienced property developer, trader and investor, with more than 40 years at the forefront of the property industry.

Over the course of his career he has bought, sold and developed thousands of properties across the UK, building an extraordinary depth of experience in the real world of property.

One of his standout projects was a £26 million development delivering 150 apartments on the Ipswich Waterfront. Continuing his investment in the area, John also acquired The Mill in Ipswich, where he is overseeing the recladding of 215 apartments and the completion of a further 80 new homes.

Today John shares his knowledge through five books, masterclasses, consultancy and mentoring, helping both new and experienced investors sharpen their thinking and grow successful portfolios.

Known for his straight-talking, no-nonsense approach, John brings the kind of insight that only comes from decades at the front line of the property market.

At our Launch Event on Tuesday 7th April, John will be sharing lessons from 45 years of property deals across East Anglia, the successes, the challenges and the insights that only experience can bring.
