At RHG Properties, we don’t sit behind a phone telling people what needs doing, we get out there and do it!

We’re hands-on to try help save landlords as much time and money as possible. When we do need help it’s always local tradesmen & woman we turn to 🤝

They say September is supposed to be the month things slow down…

Yesterday, 11 out of our 12 properties were fully booked, and with today’s check-in, that makes all 12 properties full for the week 🙌

And as if that wasn’t enough, we also picked up 5 new bookings yesterday, a couple already converted to direct bookings with their working contracts leading up to Xmas.

This is a great example of the demand for quality short-stay accommodation across Cumbria. Even in a month traditionally considered quieter, the demand is still there.

For landlords with properties that could be working harder, serviced accommodation can be a fantastic way to make your asset work for you, with the right management, presentation and marketing behind it.

They not only gave one of our cottages a beautiful clean, but also put together a gorgeous celebration package for our guests 🎉🥂

The guests were absolutely over the moon, leaving us a glowing 5⭐️ review and already talking about coming back next year!

It’s the little extras that make such a big difference, and it’s just what we do ❤️

We’re excited to introduce our latest project, a 2-bedroom flat in Wigton, perfect for both business and leisure stays.

The landlord had recently completed a light refurb and decided he wanted to try something new. He handed us the keys and, quite simply, told us to work our magic… ✨

So that’s exactly what we did.

We’ve taken what was essentially a bare, empty flat and transformed it into somewhere that feels warm, homely and inviting, a space where guests can walk through the door and immediately feel comfortable.

From styling and furnishing to those little finishing touches that make all the difference, we’ve loved bringing this one to life.

We are cutting it tight though! It goes live Monday with the fridge and blinds being installed on Monday morning… 🫣
