✨Best HMO Conversion 2026

Last Saturday we had the privilege of attending the PIA North East Annual Awards Night.

We won this award, along with being nominated for multiple others. Including best Female & Male🤩

This is what happens when you surround yourself with people who are constantly pushing pushing themselves, building businesses and creating some incredible projects!

We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an amazing academy and even luckier that we get to help build that community here in the North West❤️

Today we completed on this deal which was a joint venture project.

A flip that has generated a profit of £35,106 between parties.

Legals on this one to sell took 16 weeks but the legals to purchase were 2 weeks and the refurb was done in 9! Buyers solicitors dragged this one out a lot.

All in turned around in exactly 6 months which could’ve been a lot less, but what can you do 🤣

We’re blessed to work with the legal team we do.
