I’ve come away from the meeting feeling genuinely excited about what’s ahead. We’ve been looking at some fantastic figures, sharing feedback, and talking through some new ideas and ways we can continue to improve what we do.

It’s always lovely to take a step back from the day-to-day, celebrate what’s going well, and have some really positive conversations about the future.

Some sales are straightforward. Some take a little longer, a few more hurdles, and a lot more patience… and then there are the ones that become a journey you’ll never forget. ❤️

This sale has certainly been one of those.

It’s been a long and complicated road, filled with uncertainty, stress, worry and more than a few moments where we wondered if we would ever get to the finish line. As an estate agent, you always want to make the process as smooth as possible for your clients, but sometimes there are things outside your control — and this journey has tested both of us in more ways than one.

But somewhere along the way, something rather special happened.

What started as an estate agent and seller relationship became a friendship. Through all the ups and downs, conversations, worries, frustrations and little victories, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know someone I genuinely feel lucky to now call a friend. 🥰

And then, ahead of completion on Friday, I was given these incredibly thoughtful presents. 🎁❤️

I honestly didn’t expect them, and they mean so much more to me than the gifts themselves. They’re a reminder of the relationship we’ve built throughout what has been an incredibly challenging journey.

I’m so incredibly grateful for your trust, your kindness and your friendship. And after everything we’ve been through, I think Friday is going to feel like a very special finish line indeed. 🏡🥂
