🏡 SUCCESS STORY – 35 Normanby Drive, Connah’s Quay 🏡

Today marks the completion of another fantastic property journey, and this one is a great reminder of why I love what I do.

When I first met the vendor at 35 Normanby Drive, he explained that his family needed to relocate down south to be closer to family. They had already found the home they wanted, but there was understandable concern about whether the timescales would work and if they could secure their dream move.

I’m delighted to say that today they’ve achieved exactly that.
