Recently one of our residents spent over three hours in the garden, putting their time and energy into making the space look beautiful 🌿🌸

They kept busy planting, tidying and taking care of the garden, taking great pride in seeing the difference their hard work was making. It was wonderful to see them so engaged and focused, enjoying the fresh air while keeping their mind active 🧠🪏

Spending time outdoors and having a meaningful activity to focus on can be such a positive way to support wellbeing and today our resident certainly made the most of it. Their hard work has helped make our garden an even lovelier place for everyone to enjoy 💚

🍅🥣 Homemade Tomato Soup! 🥣🍅

A big thank you to Lidl for donating some lovely fresh tomatoes! Our member of staff Lydia put them to wonderful use by making a delicious homemade tomato soup for our residents ❤️

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed it, and we even had some asking, “When can you make it again?” 😋

It’s always lovely to see donated ingredients being turned into something homemade, comforting and enjoyed by everyone. 🥰

One of our residents has a wonderful passion for cooking, which they regularly shares with everyone around them 👩‍🍳🍨

The presentation is amazing and they take great pride in making sure that every dish looks as good as it tastes. They also enjoy sharing their culture with us by preparing traditional dishes from their home country, giving everyone the opportunity to try something new 🌎🍜

Their generosity brings great enjoyment to everyone and creates a wonderful sense of community within the home. We are very grateful for all the delicious food 🧡

Angie kindly took the time to bake some lovely goodies for everyone to enjoy and they were very much appreciated. One of our Residents gets excited when they know she has dropped goodies off 🥰🧁
