This Friday, the doors finally open 🍁

After months of watching Maple Croft take shape, we’re almost ready to welcome you inside our new Show Home and Sales Office in Cherry Burton.

And what better excuse for a first look than coffee and cake?

We’ll be opening from 10am-4pm this Friday 25th September, and marking the occasion with a Macmillan Coffee Morning ☕💚

No appointment required, simply pop in, have a look around and stay for a cuppa.

Next Friday, we’ll be opening the doors to our brand-new Maple Croft Show Home and Sales Office for the very first time, and we’re marking the occasion with a Macmillan Coffee Morning.

We’ve worked with East Yorkshire Carpets, Beds & Woodfloors for over 10 years, so it’s fair to say they know a Risby home pretty well by now.

As part of your selections process, you’ll visit their showroom to explore the different flooring options available for your new home, with their team on hand to talk you through styles, colours and finishes and help you find what works from room to room.

And because they’ve been working with our customers for more than a decade, they know our house types, they know what works well in them and they’ve got plenty of ideas if you’re not quite sure where to start.

The fun doesn’t stop at the kitchen… 👀

Once your kitchen choices are underway, it’s time to start thinking about another important part of your new home - the bathrooms.

As part of the Risby selection experience, you’ll visit Ceramic Tile Merchants in Beverley, where you can browse their fully styled bathroom displays, so you can see different tiles, colours and finishes in a real bathroom setting, rather than trying to picture how they’ll look from a single sample ✨

After working with Ceramic Tile Merchants for over 10 years, their team know our homes really well, and they’re full of ideas too - from talking you through the latest trends and suggesting tiles you might not have considered, to sharing combinations they’ve seen work really well in other Risby homes.

Why does Cherry Burton keep coming up when people are looking for the best of East Yorkshire? 🌿

Perhaps because it manages to offer something that's surprisingly difficult to find.

A proper village, with a pub, shop and primary school. The Yorkshire Wolds on the doorstep. Beverley around four miles away. And even the East Yorkshire coast is close enough to become a regular Sunday afternoon rather than a day trip.

It’s the kind of place that feels rural, without feeling cut off - and it’s somewhere we’ve wanted to build for years.

From today, you can explore Maple Croft online, with our first release of homes, floor plans, prices and site plan all available on our website.
