Portfolio galore at the moment. Post renter reform act weโ€™ve been offered at least a portfolio a week . In fact today Iโ€™m going to check this one out myself. Visit to sunny St Leonardโ€™s on Sea to go to view a property portfolio structured on vendor finance.
