Under the Renters' Rights Act 2025, landlords in England will need to register every property they let on a new government database.

It costs £65 per property, per year, renewed annually rather than a one-off. The fee is pro-rated during the rollout, so registering early doesn't cost you more.

🏉 Sponsors’ Day at Daventry RFC today!

Great to be part of the support for the team and, as always, a fantastic day out. Even better to see the lads get the win!

Daventry Rugby Club is a proper traditional rugby club, with fantastic values and a real pillar of the local community. So, when we were asked if we’d be happy to support them through sponsorship, it didn’t take long to decide.

Rugby has always been a massive part of my social life, both on and off the field. From playing at age group level, through school, to even running out for Daventry 3rds on a couple of occasions!

Rugby clubs, particularly at grassroots level, are about so much more than what happens on the pitch. They bring people together, build friendships and create a real sense of community. Grassroots sport needs support more than ever, so if you’re looking for a great day out, get down to your local club, get behind the team and be part of it!

Today also provided a great opportunity to represent Northampton & County Club, proudly wearing their cracking tie!

It’s a fantastic venue where history, character and warm hospitality come together. Whether it’s the restaurant, the event spaces or the snooker hall, there’s so much to shout about, and it was a pleasure to be able to sing their praises throughout the day.

A brilliant day all round, great company, a fantastic club and, of course, a Daventry win!
