Sometimes the best part of the job has nothing to do with property. 🌞

During last week's heatwave, one of our Beccles team spotted a lady struggling in the heat outside our office and invited her in for a glass of water and a sit down in the cool. A small thing, really.

Today, she came back with a beautiful biscuit hamper and the loveliest card to say thank you. 🧡

(We should mention - the team had joked on the day that they'd have offered her biscuits too, but they'd just run out. Looks like the universe had other plans!)
