🔑 Little keyrings for the holiday rentals complete with a QR code so that when guests stay, they can have a nosey on our social media pages and see that they can book direct with us if they want to return.

It's a slow burn getting the word out there and word of mouth always good, so if you know anyone looking for accommodation in Dundee, direct them our way! 🙏

What have guests been saying after their stays at Marine Parade? 😊

One recent guest suggested we add a shower caddy in the ensuite, as they pointed out that when you’re tall — clearly not a problem I personally have 😂 — it can be a bit awkward bending down for shampoo, body wash, and all the usual bits.

And honestly, it was a great suggestion!

We really do value guest feedback and always want to make sure we’re thinking of the little details that make a stay more comfortable.

The living room at Marine Parade — the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and take in the views across to Tayport in Fife. 🌊

We’re also just a short walk from the V&A, so you can enjoy a lovely stroll, grab a coffee, and maybe treat yourself to a freshly made donut from the Heather Street food truck. Or, if you fancy exploring a little further, jump in the car and you’ll be on the Tay Road Bridge heading towards St Andrews in minutes.

Oh, and did I mention we offer free parking for guests? 🚗
