Hi Everyone. Apologies for the lack of posts lately. At the moment I am having some issues regarding facebook messenger but this will be rectified soon. I wanted to share a post that's two years in the making! This is because I wanted to test some products that I could later use in my job if I felt they were good enough.
I was asked two years ago if I tackled mould in my customers houses as some customers have a very bad problem with this and no matter how much cleaning they did, it kept coming back.
So I did some research and I tested out a product and the results are shown in these pictures. the windows and frames were treated two years ago and I took photos and then I took photos today.
Its safe to say I like the results so I am now in a position to offer this service to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.
It takes a little while to do but the results are clear. This involves using a product to kill the mould and then another product used to prevent it returning. Unlike other products this is safe and there are no harmful ingredients. When carrying out this work I also reseal window frames as it tidy's up the job nicely.
Anyone want this carrying out then let me know 😀

Our last 7-8 months crammed into 4 minutes.
Please note that RAA Maintenance is only responsible for kitchen install, decorating, network and flooring. Not to mention making it look very homely 😂

Good Morning everyone.
Its been a while since I have posted on social media. Things have been absolutely manic over the last few months with work and an large extension going on in our home which I am pleased to say is now finished. I have just completed our new kitchen too which I will share pictures with you all in the new year as I am very happy with what I achieved especially as its only the second kitchen I have built and the last one was about 25 years ago!
Anyway I have now put business on hold until the new year and my Wife has put her business, Unique Creations on hold too whilst we prepare to spend the holidays in Florida with our family.
I would like to thank everyone for all the work this year and hope that you all have a great Christmas and I will see you in the New year
