Yugo Brae House

Yugo Brae House Brae House is an ideal residence for any Edinburgh student – whether you want to have non-stop fun or you prefer to take it a little easier.

Scottish Letting Agent Registration Number: LARN2504005 Brae House is right on the cusp of the famous Royal Mile in the Old Town, close to Princes Street (great for big-name shops) and St James Shopping Centre. The city’s main train station, Edinburgh Waverley, is within walking distance too – so going home for the weekend or holidays will be nice and hassle-free! There’s plenty of fun to be had inside the residence too. The big common room has a pool table, a TV, and loads of comfy seating and dining space. We offer three types of studio for you to choose from and your will also cover:
- All your water, electricity and gas
- High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi
- As much heating as you want (really handy in - Edinburgh during the winter)
- Contents insurance
- 24-hour security
- Maintenance service (if anything breaks we’ll fix it quickly!)
- Access to the on-site laundry facility
- Your own TV
- Post and parcel service
