Our year to date Considerate Constructors Scheme average has hit new heights thanks to our people going above and beyond to respect the community, care for the environment and value their workforce.

Recent highlights include:

43/45 for the new Heritage and Wellbeing Centre in Creswell for Bolsover District Council - great work from Chris Mason

41/45 on a housing scheme for Chesterfield Borough Council - well done Philip Bennett.

41/45 for a housing scheme with Newark and Sherwood District Council - congratulations Lee Yarnell.

We are performing 6.6% better than the national average!

As part of our digital transformation, we are trialing Aiforsite's Productivity Engineer Service on site for the first time. The new technology from Finland, will help us to monitor productivity, identify and remove waste through real time remote monitoring of construction activities.

On Monday, we held a small event for the residents of Clifton House with Newark and Sherwood District Council to celebrate the handover of their newly refurbished garden.
