👻 HORROR RENTAL STORY

A Rochdale landlord thought he had a straightforward tenancy. Then he discovered his tenant was systematically stripping the house apart.

Metal pipes were ripped out. Electrical wiring was torn from the walls. Eventually, the missing plumbing caused the property to flood, leaving the house severely damaged.

The landlord contacted the police, but was told they couldn’t treat the removal of the fixtures as theft because the man was living in the property.

Then came another blow: the insurance company wouldn’t help either.

What started as an ordinary rental had turned into a complete nightmare.
