We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator / Property Assistant to join our busy office in Fraserburgh.
This is NOT your average quiet office job 👀
No two days are the same here and we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and use their own initiative.
The role will involve:
✔️ General office administration
✔️ Property management support
✔️ Speaking with landlords & tenants
✔️ Organising maintenance & contractors
✔️ Compliance paperwork & certifications
✔️ Carrying out viewings & inspections
✔️ Social media/admin support
✔️ Assisting with other business operations
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is organised and motivated
• Learns quickly
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can work under pressure
• Is confident multitasking
• Enjoys being busy and adaptable
• Holds a full UK driving licence
A company vehicle will be available for work-related appointments, viewings and inspections.
Previous office/admin experience is preferred, however attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
Hours are part-time initially, with potential for growth for the right person.
