A diary full of viewing requests isn’t the same as a diary full of viewings.
Ask any G5, G41 or G42 Southside seller who’s been through it: enquiries come in thick and fast, but an enquiry isn’t an appointment yet. Turning one into the other usually comes down to the unglamorous stuff:
• Notice: can the household realistically reset and get out the door that day?
• Work: is someone on shifts, or working from home and on calls?
• Childcare and the school run.
• Pets who would rather not make new friends, thanks very much.
• Ordinary routine: baths, naps, slow mornings.
• And whether the buyer is genuinely ready to move, or just having a nosey.
When those things line up, viewings feel easy and the home shows beautifully. When they don’t, everyone ends up frazzled and the place doesn’t get shown at its best.
So we plan viewing windows that fit real life, not an ideal version of it.
What’s the one thing that would make viewings genuinely workable in your house? (Cats are welcome to answer first.)
