Last week, Lloyds released its latest House Price Index, and the UK average might be falling, but that doesn’t mean every market is moving in the same direction. 🧭

Happy Birthday, Laurie 🎂

Some say Laurie’s never met a leftover he couldn’t finish… 🍽️
Some say his hair gel has survived more movement than his knee ever could… 🦵
Some say he watches his own goals back every night before bed… just to help him sleep. ⚽️

Some say, off the pitch, you’ll either find him in a three-piece suit or a Henley… there’s no in-between. 👔
And some say the Spider-Man suit is always underneath it all… just in case Glasgow needs him. 🕷️

All we know is… he’s called Laurie. ✨

It’s been a big year for our Property Investment Consultant.

A new football team. ⚽
A comeback from the knee injury that nearly required its own documentary. 🎬😂
An eye-watering best man’s speech at his brother’s wedding.
And the start of growing his own property business. 🏡

Laurie’s one of those people who’ll get involved in absolutely anything.

Need someone to lift the mood? He’s already doing it.
