Please let me know if you would be interested in either or both of these which will be running in the lounge in the months to come.

Both are very reasonably priced especially for the invaluable knowledge you will gain.

Allow me to guide you out of your head and into your heart.

For our first session we will
take a walk along a beautiful beach to release stress anxiety and some of the negativity we naturally carry with us.

Mats will be provide.

If you can't sit on the floor we do have chairs.
