Residents’ Conference — come along and have your say!
You shared valuable feedback in our recent resident satisfaction survey about how we can improve. Now we’d love you to join us at our Residents’ Conference to tell us more about what matters to you and what needs to get better.

Great news for Applegarth Homes!

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of Applegarth Homes. This means the original building will be replaced with 20 modern, energy-efficient one and two-bedroom flats, providing high-quality rented homes for residents.

The proposal has been supported from the start by residents who have taken an active interest in the plans. Judy Gibson, one of the residents from the scheme, said:

“I have supported this initiative from the very start and have taken an active interest in the proposed layout. As a resident, I have been involved since the beginning because this proposal matters to me personally. I understand that the existing building is costly to run because of its age and design, and I believe now is the right time to create homes that are more suitable for residents today and in the future.”
