New Homes at Kingsley Drive, Harrogate
In partnership with Persimmon Homes, we were delighted to take handover of another couple of beautiful new-build homes this week.
These two-bedroom semi-detached homes will provide high-quality, safe and secure housing for residents in Harrogate. They also form part of the 33 new homes that Harrogate Housing is acquiring.

Following our recent external painting programme and litter pick, residents shared some great feedback 👍

During May 2026 we are running a photo competition to celebrate the wonderful ways you use your gardens, yards and outside spaces.

From 1st May to 29th May, we invite you to send us a photo showing how you’re making the most of your outdoor space for a chance to win our 1st prize of £50.

Whether it’s pot plants or planters, hanging baskets or borders, vegetables or flowers, lawns or themed spaces we would love to see it all

We’re really pleased to share some good news from Longlands View, Harrogate 🏡
working with Persimmon Homes, we’ve welcomed 13 new build homes into use over the last few months.
Since February, six homes are now occupied, with another seven let since March – helping more local people find a place to call home 💙
The new homes include a fully adapted bungalow, as well as a mix of two , three and four bedroom properties to suit different needs.
It’s lovely to see these houses becoming real homes, and we’re proud to support Harrogate’s housing needs 🌱✨

🌼 Spring refresh at Starbeck! 🌼

It’s been a busy April for Harrogate Housing Association and our residents, as together we’ve given our Starbeck estate a well‑deserved spring clean.

🎨 We’ve freshened up masonry with a new lick of paint, adding a smart new finish to doorsteps, cills and lintels.
🧹 We also teamed up with residents and volunteers for a community litter pick across eight streets, collecting an amazing 🗑️ 32 bags of rubbish.

☀️ With great weather on our side, it was lovely to see people of all ages getting involved and then coming together afterwards to enjoy a pastry 🥐 and a drink 🧃.

💙 Making a visible difference, strengthening community connections, and taking pride in our neighbourhoods – thank you to everyone who took part! 👏

Just a cheerful reminder that our Spring into Spring Clean is happening on 8 April at 1pm, starting at the top of Avenue Grove!
Let’s come together, show our community pride, and make a real, visible difference where we live! 🌱🧹✨

And as a little extra thank you, there will be a small treat for all families who come along to help 😄

Bring your energy, your smiles, we will bring the gear and let’s make the areas around Avenue Grove, South Beech Avenue shine! 😄🌟
