Friday wins ✨

Never a dull moment in the property market, here are my highlights from the week.

2. Chains breakdown. Seemingly more often at the moment. How you handle it makes all the difference. We’ve managed to re-agree the sale, for a higher price than previously agreed 👏

3. We sell 87.5% of the homes we list compared to the area average of 67.5%. That’s not luck, that’s strategy. If you want to move now, in 3 months or 3 years, give yourself a better chance 🎯

Sometimes sales don’t go to plan. We’ve had this home under offer three times since my clients asked us to sell it and each time, the chain has collapsed for various reasons.

You can blame the market, you can blame the buyer, at the end of the day, it’s how you move on from the setback which really tells the story. My clients and I have gone through the wringer with this one so I’m over the moon to say it’s now exchanged.

They’ve found (a better) forever home and the lovely new owners are buying their first home together, it was the worth wait ❤️

Friday round up ✨

A great week, here are my wins:

1. The Roc Wales. What an event. I can thoroughly recommend this to anyone. It was a fantastic weekend and worth all the pain on the day 🏃

☀️ Friday round up ☀️

A really positive week and these are my 3 wins:

1. There are some very motivated buyers currently looking in RH16 & RH17 currently and with sellers pricing realistically, I’m confident of seeing more sales being agreed. ❤️

2. A brilliant media day yesterday on a charming period house in Cuckfield coming to the market for £850,000🏡

3. Smashing through 80% of my charity target of £1000 for Ronald McDonald House charities. As some of you will know, I’m raising money for this brilliant charity (link in comments) by taking part in my first half Ironman on 9th May in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🏃
