The latest data shows that the number of homes available for sale across the UK has reached its highest level for almost a decade.

And we're seeing exactly the same trend here in the High Wycombe area.

For sellers, this creates a challenge that didn't exist a few years ago. Buyers now have far more choice, meaning they can afford to be selective. If a property is overpriced, poorly marketed, or doesn't stand out from the competition, buyers simply move on to the next one.
