🏡 An Open House doesn't sell a house - Yep, I said it

Putting a board outside, opening the front door for a couple of hours and hoping buyers turn up isn't really a marketing strategy.
I market properly, price correctly and make sure EVERYTHING is on point.

Tomorrow, on Brands Hill Avenue the SOLD sign comes down and the keys are handed over to the new owner. 🔑

That's the bit I enjoy most about my job. Taking a property from "For Sale" to "SOLD" and representing my clients all the way through the process.....Just like the journey my seller on Tancred Road is now on.

When I showed the 'now' buyers around Tancred Road, I told them the house reminded me of Uncle Phil’s house in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Two staircases. One leading into the lounge and another into the kitchen!

I’m not saying that sealed the deal... but I’m also not saying it didn’t! 😉

This family home had previously been marketed by two different agents at £600,000 and then £550,000, spending a combined 365 days on the market.
