👋 Check out our theatre-style workshop set-up, which comfortably accommodates 15 people.

You can simply hire the room OR the venue along with tables, chairs and projector*. Everything you need to run a workshop 😃

We’ve also got...
• Plenty of power sockets
• Window blinds to block out light if required
• Central heating
• A toilet with disabled access
• Baby changing facilities
• A kitchen with facilities for hot or cold drinks

• Adhoc bookings £20 per hour

✨ Candlelit Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Ceremony ✨

Join me for an evening of deep rest, gentle release, and inner connection.

We’ll begin by softening into a candlelit yin yoga practice, allowing the body to unwind and the mind to slow down. Each posture will be held with mindful presence, supported by the calming sounds of mindfulness music.

We will then finish with the glow of candlelight and the soothing vibrations of sound — crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle tones that invite harmony within.

As we journey deeper into stillness, the sound bath will guide you into a meditative state, helping to balance the nervous system and restore energetic flow.

To close, we’ll share a cup of ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening elixir that deepens connection, gratitude, and love. Together, we’ll sip in silence and set intentions for the days ahead.

🕯️ An evening of rest, reflection, and renewal.
No experience needed — simply come as you are.

MUMS CORE + PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION
GROUP EXERCISE COURSE

June bookings open - please pass this on to any new mums local to Hitchin!

This is a 6 week group course Rooms, Hitchin.

Course starts June 12th 9.45am and runs weekly for 6 weeks.

This is a progressive exercise course aiming to restore strength and function to the deep core and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy - to help manage diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness.

“This course is an ABSOLUTE MUST for all mums - the perfect way of strengthening your insides to support you in motherhood and returning to mainstream exercise”
