What we do is simple 👇
We design and specify all the FF&E (furniture, lighting, wall colours, joinery details etc) as one joined‑up scheme, tailored to your buyer and price point.

So instead of a white box, you get:
- a clear design pack your team can deliver
- FF&E schedules that keep costs controlled
- a home that photographs and views like a higher price bracket, not standard spec.

We can roll the same core scheme across plots for efficiency, then tweak colour, texture and layout so it still feels individual, or you can simply roll out across all plots. It’s up to you!

A well considered FF&E strategy helps justify stronger pricing, reduces risk on site, and gives buyers a home they emotionally buy into, not just a house they walk through.

Something I posted a couple of weeks ago over on my IG and then instantly regretted it 😔

Not because it was untrue. Because it sounded like I was downplaying it.

Which I wasn’t really.

I think what I meant was… I still have moments where I feel a bit wobbly. Even when I’m in a room I’ve earned my place in.

“You’ve come a long way since that first Blue Bricks event.” This is what my friend said to me. And since then, it has stuck with me.

5 years ago I’d have done everything I could to avoid standing up and speaking.

Last night I was there as a headline sponsor. In front of 333 people.

That’s a different woman, if I’m honest ♥️

Confidence isn’t always big and loud. Sometimes it’s just showing up anyway. Even if your stomach’s doing backflips.

And that probably matters more than feeling 100% ready.

It won’t sell empty, so what makes you think it’ll sell staged?

Well this will, this will, and this will!

Just a few recent examples of properties that were on the market empty, for several months (or many) and wouldn’t shift.

We staged them.

They sold.

Coincidence? What do you reckon?! 🤔

If you think leaving a property empty helps buyers “see the space better”…
Sorry, not sorry… it does the opposite. 😒

Empty rooms actually look smaller. Why?

First, there is no scale.
Without furniture, buyers have nothing to measure against. A double bedroom suddenly feels like it will not fit a bed. A living room feels tight because there is no sofa showing how it works.

Second, our brains do not read blank space well. We need visual anchor points. Without them, everything just blends together.

And third, the biggest one… There is no emotional connection. If buyers cannot picture how they would live there, doubt creeps in.

And once that happens? They hesitate. They walk away. Or they start negotiating down.

Staging is not about filling a space. It is about helping buyers understand it 👍

Why?

Quality: I invest heavily in our staging for sale items to give you a truly high quality finish. These aren’t empty promises. It’s just a fact 👍

Efficiency: we’re in and out of your property in a day - a day and a half, depending on its size 🚀 That’s a big team working long hours

Experience: my team and I have been staging properties for sale and for rent for many years. Between 10 and 19 to be super precise. We know what we’re doing and if something doesn’t go to plan we sort it super quick 👌

I imagine you want the fastest sale, for the highest possible price, right?
