Kibworth Building Demolition & Piling Work - Construction Update

We’re back at Kibworth to show you the progress on our building demolition project. The section that was scheduled for demolition has been taken down. We originally planned to install a concrete footing, but due to ground conditions, we’ve had to bring in a piling company instead. Once the piling is complete, we’ll build the new wall on top and blend it in with Armco barriers and other remedial work. Materials are on site and ready to go. We’re currently on hold waiting for the piling to be finished before we can proceed with the brickwork, but we’re making good progress overall.

Oadby Baptist Church Renovation Progress - Week 1 Update

We’re back on site at Oadby Baptist Church on Friday to check out the progress on this renovation project. We walk through the site showing the scaffolding, roof repairs that are about 90% complete, repointing work, and materials ready for the next phases. Inside, we tour the wall upgrades, electrical work, and structural changes the client requested, including bricked-up sections and new blockwork with insulation. We also discuss the upcoming window replacements and solar upgrades once the roofing is finished. Overall, we’re really happy with the fantastic progress made in just one week.
