Group bookings are almost never as neat as the booking form suggests. People arrive at different times, leave at different times, and one or two only manage part of it.

It's the single most common mismatch in group bookings and it only becomes obvious at seven o'clock on the first evening.

Ask about the table. Ask about the oven. Ask how many people can sit down at once. We'll tell you straight, because a group that can't eat together didn't get what they wanted.

In summer the house is somewhere to sleep between things. From late October it's where the whole weekend happens.

Which means the questions change. Is the living room big enough for everyone at once. Does it heat properly. Is there anything to do if it rains all day, because it probably will.

We'll tell you honestly which of our properties work best in winter and which are better in July. They're not the same list.

Clear instructions, an entry method that has been checked recently, and a person who picks up if it doesn't work. That's the whole requirement, and it's surprisingly often missing.
