As private landlords we go above and beyond the usual service a letting agency provides. When renting is it as much about the landlord as it is about the house - maintenance issues will always crop up, it’s knowing they will be dealt with promptly and properly that’s important.

We own all our properties meaning we care that they are kept in good condition and are well maintained.

We do not work office hours, you can contact us whenever there is an issue, and you will speak to the same person every time meaning no waiting for call backs or logging maintenance requests!

We can be flexible. We make the decisions and don’t have to speak to the landlord for permission as that’s us! You get an understanding and reasonable approach to any requests you make whether that’s adjusting tenancy dates slightly or paying rent on a different day.

What a lovely gift from a tenant!

As private landlords we regularly go above and beyond the usual landlord/agency service for our tenants. We own and manage our properties meaning we can be more flexible than when you rent through a large agency.

As a family run business we also offer a more personal touch and work with tenants to overcome any issues they may have. Whether that’s being flexible with tenancy dates, helping find storage for belongings over summer or addressing any other housing issues.
