Constitution Street, Edinburgh, EH6

Offers Over £205,000

Luca Alonzi and RE/MAX Estates are proud to present this one-bedroom flat to the market.

Tucked away in the heart of Leith, this beautifully presented home offers the kind of stylish, easy living that’s hard to come by in one of Edinburgh’s most sought-after waterfront districts. Step inside to a welcoming hallway with handy storage, leading through to a bright, open-plan lounge and kitchen that immediately feels like home. Neutral décor, wood-effect flooring and Oriental-inspired lighting touches give the space real character, while double-glazed windows keep it filled with natural light throughout the day.

The kitchen itself is a quietly impressive space, fitted with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washer-dryer and full-height fridge freezer, with plenty of room left over for a dining table. It’s the kind of layout that makes everyday life that bit easier.

The double bedroom is generously sized, with a separate dressing area and built-in wardrobe offering brilliant flexibility, whether that’s extra storage or a quiet spot to work from home. Next door, the bathroom is a genuine highlight, finished with a striking checkered tiled floor, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail for those colder Edinburgh mornings.

Outside, residents have access to a generous communal roof terrace, complete with greenery and picnic tables, a real bonus in this part of the city. And with The Shore and Ocean Terminal just a short walk away, along with excellent tram and bus links into the city centre and out to the airport, this is a location that truly delivers on convenience without compromising on charm.

Seven awards. One incredible year.

Last Thursday our team travelled to the RE/MAX Annual Awards, and it’s safe to say we came home with our hands full. This was the office’s first time collecting awards since opening, and given we were only six months in at the start of 2025, the scale of recognition on the night really did stop us in our tracks.

🏆 No. 4 in Scotland for Most Homes Sold by an Office (2025)
🏆 No. 4 in Scotland for Sales Commissions Earned by an Office (2025)
🏆 Office Community Involvement Award
🏆 Office of the Year for Recruitment
🏆 Carol Lawton – No. 3 in Scotland for Most Homes Sold by an Office Owner (2025)
🏆 100% Club Awards for both Carol and our office owner
🏆 Piotr – Sales Executive Club Award (2025)

None of this happens without a team that shows up for each other and for our clients every single day. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in such a short time, and even more excited about what’s ahead.

Thank you to our clients, our community, and everyone who’s been part of this journey so far.

Every step of the journey, we love it!

But ask our team their favourite part of the process, and you’ll get three brilliant answers.

For , it’s key handover day, that moment of seeing a client’s face light up, knowing their whole move is complete and they’re off to start the next chapter.

is all about the photo and measure visit, getting out with the photographer, going room by room, that final wee tidy up before everything’s looking just right.

And ? The valuation, every time, because it’s the first chance to step inside a new home and see what it’s all about (and she’ll happily admit to being a bit nosey!).

Three different stages, one shared love of what we do.

Yesterday saw the streets of Linlithgow come alive for the annual Marches, up at 5am and out in force, the whole town turned out to celebrate one of Scotland’s oldest community traditions.

Our office closed for the day so our team could join in the fun, and what a reminder it was of exactly why this town is so special.

It’s no surprise Linlithgow was recently named the Sunday Times’ Best Place to Live in Scotland for 2026, praised for its strong community spirit, excellent schools, and easy commuting links to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Days like the Marches show that spirit in action: a town that comes together, generation after generation, to mark its history and its identity.

For anyone thinking about buying or selling property here, this is the heart of what makes Linlithgow such a sought-after place to call home. The medieval high street, the loch, the Palace, and a genuine sense of belonging, it’s a package that’s hard to beat.

If you’re considering a move to Linlithgow, or thinking of selling and want to know what your home could be worth in today’s market, get in touch, we would love to help you find your place in this incredible town.

Joanne, Karen & Vhairi are sharing the questions they’d actually ask.

✅ What’s the catchment primary school AND high school?
✅ Is the boiler on a service package? (Not just how old it is!)
✅ What’s the broadband speed like?
✅ How’s the mobile signal in the house?

These are the things that really matter day-to-day.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, let’s make sure you go into every viewing fully prepared. Get in touch and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
