John and Alfie provided a 1st rate service from start to finish. John initially provided very sound advice on setting the price and explained the strategy behind it.
The photographer that they used provided an exceptional service, was punctual and a very nice guy instilling great confidence.
It was also reassuring that even before the property was put on the market, Alfie knew people that would be interested potentially facilitating a quick sale.
