I’d describe Liverpool as the most heart-warming city ever ❤️🕰️

I came as a “foreigner” to the UK from South Africa (Dual-National citizen but never lived in the country until I was 19) my mom always told me “You’re so lucky you have a British passport, you know people die for this!!!” 👀

I quickly found out how welcoming, charming & respectful scousers are ☺️ I’ve learnt this is from Irish influence on the city & also the industrial & labour intensive work that Liverpool was involved in throughout history. Although I’m not a real scouser, my mom tells me how my grandad Lesley Pritchard who grew up in Aighburth, actually did electrical wiring all throughout Lime Street Station, Central Library, Maritime Museum & Lady Lever. I feel so blessed that he’s still alive (91, still watches war films & still a savage) & that I can share that little piece of history with him 🥰

I can’t wait to see the future of Liverpool - especially North Liverpool - and how the city develops. I also can’t wait to work with Scouse builders, plumbers, electricians, husbands??? (Not plural on the last one).

Liverpool has so much potential that, in the next couple years, I’m so looking for to watching be unleashed.

Don’t forget where ever you go, if you look hard enough a scouser will be there 🤣🤣

We begin our mission in the beautiful city of Liverpool ❤️

At EcoAims Property, we believe that everyone deserves access to a clean, safe and comfortable home. We also believe that there are enough resources for everyone in the world at any given time. However, homelessness is a big issue in Liverpool, whilst there are empty houses untenanted waiting to be refurbished. I don’t know who to blame - the government, private companies, local councils or capitalism…?

Either way, there are hundreds of properties that are waiting for someone to unleash their potential and make a home for a family, and we can do this in a clean way too. This is where our mission lies.

EcoAims specialises in:

- Refurbishments
- Providing Rental Properties under Market Value
- Eco-friendly Property Improvements
- Increasing EPC Ratings

We are planning to work with local charities such as The Hope Foundation Kensington, which focuses on providing housing for low-income families.

We are also looking for investors who have similar values in line with our company’s mission. These investors will believe in our vision and appreciate that not only will their money work for them passively, but will be used in a positive way to provide housing, develop greener properties and do good in the world.

Investments start from £10 000, and our interest rates vary between 8-12%. Message us for more information.
