🔨 Another Structural Repair Completed Successfully!

We were recently called out to investigate cracking above a front window caused by a severely corroded steel lintel hidden behind the render.

After carefully exposing the existing lintel, it became clear that corrosion had caused significant expansion and movement within the masonry, resulting in cracking to the external render.

✅ Carefully removed defective lintel
✅ Supplied and installed new structural lintel
✅ Repaired surrounding masonry as required
✅ Applied new render finish externally ready to blend with the existing property
✅ Left the property safe, secure and structurally sound

Another transformation completed by JN Building Services & Property Development Ltd 🔥

This customer unfortunately had a bad experience with a previous landscaper. The original porcelain patio had been installed incorrectly, with insufficient sub-base preparation, no proper slurry priming, and incorrect falls which caused water pooling issues across the slabs.

We carried out a full rectification of the installation, including:

✔️ Lifting and removing the existing porcelain slabs
✔️ Re-working and compacting the existing Type 1 sub-base to the correct levels and falls
✔️ Re-installing the porcelain slabs correctly using proper slurry priming methods
✔️ Ensuring correct drainage falls throughout the patio area
✔️ Smooth rendering the retaining wall for a clean modern finish
✔️ Supplying and installing fresh topsoil and new turf to complete the garden transformation

The end result is a clean, modern outdoor space installed properly from the ground up 👌
