COMPLETION DAY…..

Ecstatic with the result achieved on this beautiful four bedroom terraced house in Strand on the Green.

After holding an open weekend, where we had 32 buyers attend. We were inundated with offers and achieved £50,000 over the asking price, eventually selling for £1,300,000, which was a record price for the road, as well as record £ per sq ft the area.

We secured the sale by using a reservation agreement with for the sum of £30,000, which would be payable if either party, seller or buyer, defaulted on the sale and after 7 weeks, we reached exchange of contracts.

Best of luck to both the seller and the buyer in their respective new homes.

CONTRACTS EXCHANGED…..

After being on the market with another agent with no success, we were recommended to the sellers by a local resident, who had been impressed with the prices we had achieved in the area.

Within less than two weeks of launching the property, we had a number of offers to choose from and just 8 weeks (despite the Christmas break) we have exchanged contracts.

The house has been unmodernised and retains many of the beautiful Victorian features and has one of the largest gardens in the area so I can’t wait to see what the new owners do with place.
