Property developer London Square conducted a study of people living in multiple capital cities across the world, and a large proportion said they would live in London if the opportunity arose.

Almost half believe London has the best career opportunities in the world, and 70% associate London with stability, global tech sector leadership, and diversity as well as admiring the city's culture, history and school choices.

A new trio of reports from LondRes, JLL and Savills have found that the super prime market is experiencing growth, despite a difficult overall market.

While the London property market isn't exactly considered hot right now, there are advantages of buying in a colder ecomomic climate.

The buyers’ market we are in means that there is plenty of choice, plenty of time for buyers to think carefully and do their due diligence, and plenty of opportunity for negotiation.

Plus, according to prime London analyst LonRes, average sale prices fell by just over eight per cent in the year to June 2026.

What this means is that while capital growth has been absent, London is suddenly starting to look like really good value.

Our clients have a young family and were looking to move to the Fulham area to be within the catchment area of their preferred school, and wanted a home in great condition so they could move before the start of the school year.
