📲 The UK Is Overhauling the Home-Buying Process

Buying a home could soon become much faster and less stressful. The government has announced plans to modernise the process by introducing digital sales packs, more upfront information for buyers, and measures designed to reduce failed transactions. Currently, buying a home takes around 170 days on average, and one in three sales fall through.

If these changes are introduced, buying and selling property could become much smoother for everyone involved.
