Craig just completed on his first home, and it wasn't a straightforward one - a longer chain than anyone would have chosen, with some lease length and share of freehold issues on the seller's side that needed sorting before we could get anywhere near completion.
Here's what he said afterwards:
"We've just purchased our first home, with Lewis as the estate agent. Although we had a very long buying process (due to issues with the length of lease, and share of freehold ownership - which were down to the seller) Lewis was always on the other side of the phone, and worked his socks off to get the deal done.
