💻 Investing in Technology

This past month has been all about embracing technology to enhance the experience we deliver to our clients.

We've launched our brand new website, successfully implemented our new Street CRM system across the business, and continued integrating Goodlord into our lettings processes. These investments are helping us work smarter, communicate better, and provide an even stronger service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Technology is continuing to redefine the estate agency landscape, and we're committed to staying ahead of the curve. These changes could not have been possible without Ross Chimes, Nicola Clare and a brilliant team effort from the wider team.

🏡 Staying Ahead of the Renters' Rights Act

The Renters' Rights Act was a major topic within the industry this past month. Our Head of Lettings, Richard Baker has been leading the conversation, sharing practical insights and guidance across our channels to help landlords understand what the changes could mean for them.

Keeping our clients informed remains one of our key priorities as the legislation progresses.

Congratulations to our Leigh-on-Sea Branch Partner, Andy Binnington, who was recently featured in Absolutely West Essex. It was fantastic to see Andy recognised and share his perspective on the local property market and community.

⚽ Supporting Local Sport

Community remains at the heart of everything we do.

Following a fantastic response to our Community Sponsorship Initiative, we've completed our search for a local team to support. We're delighted to have selected the Leigh Lionesses, an all-girls football team and look forward to sharing more details about this partnership very soon.

📈 Breaking Records

May was also a record breaking month for the sales side of the business. A special congratulations goes to Ray Phipps, our Wanstead Branch Partner, and his team, who enjoyed an especially outstanding month and played a significant role in this achievement.
